Archi3 Referral Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
· Any individual or business (“Referrer”) may participate except current Archi3 employees, founders, or contractors directly involved in sales or business development.
· The Referrer must make the introduction before any direct contact between Archi3 and the referred company (“Referral Prospect”) has occurred.
Referral Submission:
· A referral is valid only when submitted through Archi3’s designated referral form or via email to referrals@archi3.ai with:
o Full name and contact information of the prospect
o Company name
o Referrer’s full contact information
Qualifying Referral:
· A referral qualifies for payment only if:
1. The prospect is not already in Archi3’s CRM or sales pipeline.
2. The prospect purchases a paid Archi3 subscription.
3. The client successfully pays for at least three consecutive monthly billing cycles, OR pays one full year upfront.
Payment:
· The Referrer will receive $1,000:
o On the client’s 3rd successful monthly payment, or
o Immediately upon receipt of a full annual upfront payment.
· Payments will be issued via ACH, check, or electronic transfer within 30 days of qualification.
Limitations:
· Only one referral reward per referred company.
· Multiple referrers for the same company: eligibility goes to the first referrer submitted in writing.
· There is no limit to how many referrals a person may submit.
· Archi3 reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time.
Tax Requirements:
· Referrers may be required to complete a W-9 form before payment.
· Payments may be subject to 1099 reporting.
Agreement: Participation constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
